Fluent in Korean Refund Policy

FluentinKorean.com is not just a project for me, but a labor of love as I strive to offer the best resources for Korean learners. It takes long hours, loads of determination, and a bit of sweat, blood, and tears (of course, it's exaggerated, but you get the point).

Despite my best efforts, if you are still dissatisfied with your purchase, please send me an email right away at contact@fluentinkorean.com. I will try my best to resolve your concern. Who knows, it could be a fixable problem. But if you’re still unhappy with your purchase, let me know and I’ll gladly provide you with a refund or an exchange. Nothing will make me happier than seeing satisfied customers!

Coverage of the Refund Policy

  • The Fluent in Korean Refund Policy covers purchases made in the Fluent in Korean Academy within 30 days. Fluent in Korean is committed to your 100% satisfaction!
  • All course(s) and tools available in the store are covered by the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Simply indicate in your email the title of the course(s) and the date you purchased it.
  • The Refund Policy is applicable to all customers from all parts of the globe. No matter where you live, if the course(s) or its accompanying materials do not please you, you are entitled to a refund.

How to facilitate the refund process:

  • If, within 30 days from your purchase of your course(s), you experience technical trouble or for some other reason you are simply dissatisfied with the course(s) or its attachments, please feel free to email me at contact@fluentinkorean.com.
  • For verification purposes, please take note that the refund request should be initiated using the email address used to receive the purchase.
  • As soon as I receive the email, I will try my best to reply to you within 24 hours and help you resolve the problem. If after I have attempted to address the issue and you’re still not happy with the result, I’ll give you a refund, no further questions asked!
  • Once the refund request is processed, your money will be returned depending on the payment method you used. If the purchase was done through PayPal, the amount will be refunded right away through that same method. If you used a credit card to pay for the course(s), the refund will be processed through the bank account associated with the card you used but you can expect a refund within five to ten business days, depending on the bank.
  • And yes, I do allow partial refunds in the following scenarios: (1) When you buy a course(s)bundle and happen to dislike one of the course(s), or (2) If you mistakenly ordered the same course(s) twice.
  • For Fluent in Korean products through other marketplaces such as Amazon, please visit their site’s Refund Policy and process it through there instead.
